hooking up a slave drive (2nd HD) on a Powermac g4 quicksilver?

im trying to hook up a second hard drive on my powermac g4 and its not recognizing it. i think i have the jumpers set wrong. on the back of the hard drive there are 4 types of jumper set-ups, each with 4 configurations. im not sure which set-up to use for the slave configuration. the four setups are labeled; 15 pin, 16 pin, 32mb clip, and auto spin disable. which do i use?

second drive should be set as slave - probably either 15pin or 16pin (think it might be 16). Not 32mb clip (that's a Win98 thing I think) or autospin disable.

Also, make sure the main drive is actually set as master rather than slave.
