Is this a good camcorder/video camera for me?

I want a camcorder that has:
good video
good sound
shake resistant
makes it so you don't hear so much wind in the back ground
any price from $120-$200

I like to make videos with friends so i really want a camcorder with as much of this possible. I found this one:

I don't want a camcorder like the flip though because i don't want the video shaking so much.
I also would REALLY like a camcorder that doesn't die so quickly. maybe one without batteries so i can recharge? I dont know though... I have had rechargable batteries but they slowly start to carry less and less power.

I don't know much about this stuff so i don't know exactly what to get.
