A Feature-Rich Fashion Phone from Sony Ericsson – the Jalou
Mobile phone maverick Sony Ericsson is capping a busy 2009 with a stylishly elegant fashion phone in the new Sony Ericsson Jalou. Still reeling from the excitement of its Xperia and Satio releases, the company is giving the fashion mobile phone markets something to drool over this holiday season. With a petite contoured body accentuated with gem-inspired faceting around it, the new fashion handset arrives during the last quarter of 2009 with three sophisticated jewelry colors to choose from: Onyx Black, Aquamarine Blue, and Deep Amethyst.
A Versatile Fashion Phone
Beneath its sharp-edged elegance, the Sony Ericsson Jalou is a quad band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and a triband UMTS that supports 3G/HSDPA/HSUPA promising internet surfing, social networking and downloading to be a no-waiting game. Here’s a brief look at its versatile feature set:
- It has a 2.2” TFT LCD screen with 256k QVGA resolution when open and a secondary 1.3” screen when closed.

There's a thin green line going down vertically on the screen. If I screen cap it, it won't show the green line.
Also, I have a bit of a problem with the left key of the trackpad. I have to press a bit hard in order to click.
its a contact problem with the left key - you might be able to take this apart and clean the contacts - as for the screen it's a hardware issue, its anyones guess if it will stay the same or get worse, if it's not under warranty, depending on the age of the laptop will probably cost more than the price of the laptop to repair/replace
