Laptop Graphic Card.?

Im using a intel X3100 graphic card,it sucks, and whenever i plug out the charger,whole page will not be as sharp as when i plug in the charger, is this normal? Is there some more tricks which i can make my graphic card showing a better resolution??

and true your intel gma x3100 sucks, but the issue you post has nothing to do at all with it.
display brightness WILL diminish when going from 'charger power' to 'battery power', by default settings for the reason i mentioned above , and this on whatever graphics you have > intel or nvidia or ati , whatever
this setting you will also find in your bios
