How do I store my downloaded Limewire files on an external USB drive?

My laptop has almost no space left on it.

Can I store my Limewire files on an external USB drive & remove them from Limewire (and still be able to use them on Windows Media Player)?

Also, can I store the entire Limewire program on my external USB drive, and can I store iTunes on it as well (as that they don't use up my laptop hard drive)?

Yes, you can store your LimeWire files on your external hard drive. You can also set LimeWire (under it's save settings) to save your files to that external hard drive instead of your C drive

Same goes for iTunes.

Don't try and store the program files for those programs on that external hard drive though. Only the music files/songs.
